If you order items we don’t have in our warehouse, we will ship them to you. A staff member may call you or you can call us at 1-800-747-8242.

Processing: We have confirmed your order and are processing it.
Ready for pick-up: We have processed your order and it is ready for you to pick up.

Arrived: This notifies our team that you’ve arrived and parked in a designated pick-up parking space.
